Our in-house, five-axis CNC router is capable of machining complex core structures. We currently utilize hand lay-up-oven and autoclave curing and RTM processing of epoxy, BMI, and Cyanate ester resins.
Composites Horizons, Inc. (CHI), a division of PCC Structurals, Inc., is Nadcap certified for bonding using Nomex® and aluminum honeycomb cores.
